第23期英语演讲角

2019年4月12日下午5:30，成外高新英语演讲角第20期开讲，主题为“好的开端是成功的一半”，同时这也是该话题的最后一轮演讲。演讲者们的演讲各具特色，有的通过分享名人事迹来激励大家，有的大胆讲述自己的故事来启发大家，有的娓娓道来劝说大家抓紧时间学习。他们精彩的演讲赢得了同学们的阵阵掌声。

高2017级1班 蒋佳宜

Have everything important on your mind, make good use of every minute, and you will find a good platform waiting for you.

把每件事情都放在心上，把每一分钟都利用起来，那么每一刻都是一个好的平台。

高2017级3班 肖力淄

You can be defeated but you can’t be struck down. If you try hard at every job, it will be the best in the end.

你可以被击败，但是你不能被打倒。如果你努力且专注于每件事，那么直到最后你将做到最好。

高2017级8班王雪蜚

The same is true of learning. If we can have a good attitude and achieve some small goals from the beginning, we will be more motivated and more interested in learning in the future. However, people prefer to stay within their comfort zone. Most of them choose to quit and give up as soon as they fail at first. Then, they are less likely to be successful.

学习也是如此。如果我们能有一个很好的态度并且实现一些小目标在最开始，我们就会对我们的所学更有有动机，更感兴趣。但是那些人们总是更喜欢呆在自己的安全区。大多数的他们一失败就选择放弃，那么他们就更不大可能成功了。

There is no doubt that everything owns a beginning. When we set a strong and good beginning, the half of the job is done.

毫无疑问，任何事情都有一个开端。当我们创造了一个良好的开端的时候，我们所做的事情的一半就完成了。

You have to make sure your dream and firm your belief. You should keep your passion and never never never give up. An old saying is that “ Where there is a will, there is a way”.

你必须明确你的梦想，坚定你的信念，保持你的一腔热血，永远永远永远不要放弃。记住“有志者事竟成”。

高2017级9班 卢泰宇

If the initial words are beautiful enough, I will spare no effort to make the composition one of my best ones . Obviously, a good beginning is pretty important.

当开头的文字已经足够优美了，我会尽我所能让这篇文章成为我最美的作文之一。显而易见，一个好的开始是相当重要的。

Just set a goal and work for it, and most importantly, never deny yourself!

设定一个目标并为之努力，最重要的是，永远不要否定自己!

Sometimes making a decision and acting without thinking twice is not the evil, but the power.

有时候做决定和做事不加思考不是罪恶，而是力量。

Grab the chance you face, value the opportunity you meet, take it up with all your heart and then you will succeed.

抓住你面临的机会，珍惜你遇到的机会，全心全意地抓住它，然后你就会成功。

高2017级10班 夏必玲

This moment to nap, I will have a dream. But this moment to study, I will interpret a dream.

此刻打盹，我将做梦。但此刻学习，我将解梦。

I’m fighting for my freedom right now. Freedom makes a huge requirement of every human being. With freedom comes responsibility. For the person who is unwilling to grow up, the person who doesn’t want to undertake his burden, it’s a frightening prospect. I don’t want to be that person anymore.

我现在正在为我的自由而战。自由是每个人的巨大需求。自由带来责任。对于那些不愿长大，不愿承担责任的人来说，这是一个可怕的前景。我不想再做那样的人了。

We are not pursuing the beginning others but the every unknown tomorrow.

我们追求的不是别人的开始，而是每一个未知的明天。
