惜时·逐梦—成外高新第34期Speakers’ Corner英语演讲活动

2019年10月24日下午，成都外国语学校高新校区迎来了第34期英语演讲角。本次演讲以Seize the Day, Claim Your Dream（惜时·逐梦）为主题，来自高2018级8班的闫淼同学，高2018级11班的方唯薇同学，高2018级12班的蒲思语同学和高2018级13班的上官子墨同学参加了此次演讲。本次演讲角活动由高2018级12班的蒲思语同学担任英语主持。各位演讲者充分准备，自信地向同学们表达了自我对于时间和梦想两者关系的观点。他们提出只有珍惜时间，利用时间，人们才能够真正地筑梦未来，把握人生。他们真挚而又自信的演说赢得了在场师生热烈的掌声。

高二8班 闫淼

Don't fantasize all day, please take action! Don't be trapped by dogma, which makes you follow others blindly, please be yourself! Don't waste time on empty life, please seize the day and claim your dream!

不要整天幻想，请行动起来! 不要被教条束缚，盲从别人，记住做自己! 不要把时间浪费在空虚的生活上，请把握今天，实现你的梦想!

高二11班 方唯薇

All we need to do is using the limited time to fight hard, face and overcome all the difficulties. The more efforts you make, the better life you will have.

我要需要做的就是，利用有限的时间努力奋斗，面对并且克服各种困难。现在越努力，未来越美好。

高二12班 蒲思语

Time is fair to all of us, but only a few of us could cherish it and return the favor. To take responsibility for our dream, we ought to make the most of every single day.

时间对我们所有人都是公平的，但只有很少的人能够珍惜时间。为了对我们的梦想负责，我们应该抓住每一天。

高二13班 上官子墨

When you have already claimed your dream, you should seize the day to chase your dream, which means spending your time and efforts on your dream, making your dream close to you.

当你已经明确自己的梦想之后，你应当抓住每一天去追逐梦想，这意味着要为你的梦想付出时间和汗水，从而让你的梦想逐步变为现实。
