His persistence and responsibility to thecompetitor have moved me a lot so that I always think of him when Igo through the same time as him.

也许这才是真正的奥林匹克精神，它能让我们跨越国界。他的尊重、坚持和努力影响了我的一生。他对竞争对手的坚持和责任感让我很感动，所以当我经历困难时期，我总是会想起他。

Noone can accompany you forever. But you can use your own efforts toreach the top. And never give up.

没有人可以永远陪伴你，但是你可以凭借自己的努力到达顶峰并且永不放弃。

Whenproblems come, we can only choose to face them. We must do our bestto solve them.当困难来临时，我们只能面对，并且必须尽最大的努力去解决困难。

Forme, he is a star in the dark sky. When I couldn’t find mydirections, I thought of him and told myself that keep going and thena colorful rainbow would be waiting for me.   I learned to overcomethe difficulties bravely because of him.

对我来说，他是夜空中的一颗星星。当我找不到我的方向时，我想到了他，告诉自己继续走，然后一个五彩缤纷的彩虹会在那里等着我。因为他，我学会了勇敢地克服困难。

Weshouldn’t be the flowers admired in the vase, but be the plants onthe grassland dancing with the wind.

我们不应该当在花瓶里被称赞的花，而应该是草原上随风摇摆的律动。

If Ihadn’t met him, I would not have found the goal of my life. In myheart, I was full of gratitude to him. He once told me that “Onecannot always indulge in vulgar tastes. We as human beings shouldseek high happiness." He meant that life should not only beabout immediate happiness, but also about poetry and ambition. Thissentence has always inspired me to become a better person.

如果我没有遇到他，我不会找到我的人生目标。在我心里，我对他充满了感激之情。他曾经告诉我:“一个人不能总是沉溺于庸俗。”我们人类应该追求更高的幸福。”他的意思是，生活不应该只是短暂的快乐，还应该有诗意和远方。这句话一直激励着我成为一个更好的人。
