惜时·逐梦 成外高新第30期Speakers’ Corner 英语演讲活动纪实

2019年9月20日下午，成都外国语学校高新校区第30期英语演讲角以 Seize the Day, Claim Your Dream(惜时·逐梦）为主题在孔子广场开讲。来自高二1班的付英杰同学，高二2班的邓云皓同学，高二4班的王皓燃同学，高二5班的向丹勇同学，高二6班的周承熙同学以及高二7班的袁敏皓同学发表了演讲。本次演讲角活动由高二1班的陈常仪同学担任英语主持。所有演讲者活动前积极认真准备，在演讲中表现出了对语言的自信和喜爱，他们呼吁同学们珍惜时间，他们大声地说出自己的梦想去感染更多的同学。他们自信真挚的演讲赢得现场认真聆听的同学和老师的阵阵掌声。

高二1班付英杰

As an old saying goes, “Rome isn’t built in a day.” Persistent efforts contributed to Shakespeare’s final success.

罗马不是一天建成的。莎士比亚的成功源于他曾经不懈的努力。

高二2班邓云皓

Whether the dream will realize or not, I am willing to try, even if the possibility of success is not huge, I will work hard.

我将加倍努力，不论梦想实现与否；我将努力奋斗，不论成功与否。

高二4班王皓燃

Concentrate upon your dreams. Through concentration we work out our physical life. Your future depends upon the dream your are forming now. Your past dreams determined your present life. Therefore, if you want a bright future, you must prepare it well from now on. Do not ever pity at yourself or criticise yourself. Spend your time on the right things. Find the star that twinkles. Hope every dreamer can get the life they want!

专注于你的梦想。集中精力，努力工作。你的未来取决于你的梦想，你过去的梦想决定现在的生活。因此，如果你想要一个光明的未来，你必须从现在开始做好准备。永远不要看低自己，也不要批评自己。把你的时间花在正确的事情上，找到属于你的那颗闪烁的星星。希望每个追梦者都能得到他们想要的生活!

高二5班向丹勇

How can I make my dream come true? It makes me think of my experience of climbing a high mountain. When I was at the foot of the mountain, I focused on the middle of it and tried my best to make it. When I succeeded, I was greatly encouraged so that I managed to arrive at the top with great confidence. When it comes to realize your dream, you need to set a proper goal at first. second, try every possible means to achieve it. Gradually, you will succeed.

我怎样才能实现我的梦想呢？它让我想起了我爬山的经历。在山脚时，我紧盯着半山腰，尽力攀登到那里。当我成功的时候，我受到了极大的鼓舞，所以我很有信心地登上了顶峰。当你要实现你的梦想时，你首先需要设定一个正确的目标。其次是全力以赴实现它。慢慢地，你就会成功的。

高二6班周承熙

Every one is a dream-chaser, aiming at following our dreams and the original intentions, we are expected to know how to create limitless possibilities within limited time.

每个人都是追梦者，追逐着心里的最初的梦想，我们应该学会在有限的时间来完成无限的可能。

高二七班袁敏皓

Yesterday is history ,tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift .That is why it is called present . The clock is running. Make the most of today .

昨天已经成为过去，明天还未可知，今天是上天给你的一份礼物，这就是为什么英语里明天也叫做礼物（现在）. 青春的时钟已经敲响，把握好今天的每一滴时光。
